§ allows testing if internet connection is available

§ android.permission.BLUETOOTH

§ allows working with (connect to) a Bluetooth device - for sharing resources with another device without needing to download again from the Internet

§ android.permission.BLUETOOTH_ADMIN

§ allows searching for and pairing Bluetooth devices

§ android.permission.INTERNET

§ allows downloading Bible versions, books and audio files

§ android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

§ allows reading the external storage - so that Bible versions, books and audio files may be stored locally to allow BART Bible to be used offline without constantly incurring Internet costs

§ android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

§ allows writing to the external storage - for saving and updating Bible versions, books and audio files to local storage so that BART Bible can be used offline without constantly incurring Internet costs
